Shipping Policy

At Clovelly Snorkels, we aim to process and dispatch all orders by the next business day. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Our standard shipping typically takes between 4-6 business days within Australia. For express delivery, your order should arrive within 2-4 business days, depending on your location.

We also offer free local pickup at our Clovelly Beach. To use this option, please place your order the day before pickup to ensure that we have enough time to get your order ready. You must provide a contact phone number so we can notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Please note that customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes for international shipments. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
